Specialist in HRTech and Workplace. He invests, sits on supervisory and advisory boards, and advises boards of major corporations. He is also a member of the Speakers Office Digital University. He addresses various topics on the future and development of the world.
Co-founder and Partner of several angel investment and VC funds. He is also co-founder and Partner of Valores, the first philanthropy venture fund in Poland.
Currently, as chief investment officer and chairman of the board of directors, professionally focused on the development of Enervigo, Poland’s largest integrated energy transition provider.
Tomasz Michalik

– Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) since 2005, gratueted in 1998 from Law and Administration Faculty in of the Silesian University in Katowice and DESS of the Law Faculty at the University of Poitiers, Franace, specialises in adivising of the important infrastructural projects, financing of investments, commercial law, restructuring processes, mergers and acquistion, and day-by-day legal advisory to the enterpreneurs. Previously, lawyer and attorney-at-law in the French law office Gide Loyrette Nouel in Warsaw. Adisory in the privatisation precessess of the state enterprises, participation in the green fields investments, advisory and consultancy in the investments of his clients abroad in particular in Russia and Ukraine. Former member of the Supervisory Boards of PEC Jastrzębie, SKOTAN Skoczów and Unitor B Sp.z o.o. in Tychy.
Currently partner at kPM Pająk Michalik radcy prawni sp. j. (attorneys-at-law) in Gliwice, Poland.

Jakub Zawadzki

Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. KPM Law Office is his first full-time job as an attorney which he started in 2015, prior to which he completed couple minor internships. He specializes in commercial law, with particular emphasis on the law of commercial companies, new technologies and the Internet law as well as copyright issues. On a daily basis, he deals with legal services for commercial law entities, legal advice for venture capital and private equity investment funds and supports the preparation of capital investments from the legal side. Privately loves to travel, especially east and procrastinate in front of his video game console (as literally no one ever).
Aleksandra Sznytko

A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. She has the qualifications of a chartered auditor and an accounting certificate of the Ministry of Finance for the provision of accounting books. For many years, she worked in international companies as a Financial Analyst and managed the Internal Audit and Internal Audit Department. Has knowledge in the field of accounting, financial analysis, internal audit and implementation of ERP programs. She participated in numerous due diligence processes.
Sylwia Szewczyk-Włodarczyk

A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. She has the qualifications of a chartered auditor and an accounting certificate of the Ministry of Finance for the provision of accounting books. She has many years of experience in accounting, taxes and personnel and payroll domain gained while working in Polish companies and international corporations as the Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Officer. She has unique practical knowledge in the area of comprehensive implementation of financial and accounting systems.

Tomasz Owczarek is an experienced executive, board member, and keynote speaker, with over two decades of leadership across top-tier global organizations. A graduate of the prestigious Stanford Executive Program (SEP), he combines strategic vision with operational excellence.
Tomasz has held senior roles at Mastercard, McKinsey & Company, and Citi, bringing deep expertise in sales leadership, operational management, and strategy execution. His career spans banking, payments, telecommunications, insurance, oil & gas, and mining, with a geographical footprint covering Poland, the UK, Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Romania.
He has led high-performing B2B sales teams, managed transformational consulting projects, and driven consumer sales and product development, consistently delivering results in dynamic and competitive markets.
Currently, Tomasz is focused on supporting organizations in their green transformation journeys, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency and decarbonization. As Vice President and Board Member at Enervigo, an EPC and multi-technology integrator, he is spearheading the company’s evolution into a strategically aligned, commercially driven organization.
